Overview

Located in Central Downtown Vancouver, Terminal City Club has 4 parking levels, each level containing visitor parking and a gated resident parking area. We installed EV Ready electrical infrastructure to serve 73 stalls and initially installed 23 level 2 chargers. 21 circuits resulting in a 3:1 maximum circuit sharing ratio.

We also installed a WiFi network throughout the building's parkade using Ubiquiti's Unifi hardware to provide the EV Chargers and residents with an internet connection.

Carbon Credit program participation via Carbex Carbon Credit Exchange Corp.

EV Duty Home - Carbex

Simple Carbon Credits

The EV charger of choice at this location were the EV Duty 40A chargers. Their one-time fee, in-house "Home" software allows for session data retention; A cost effective way of entering the carbon credit generation business.

Using the session data saved onto the EV Duty servers, our partners at Carbex Carbon Credit Exchange Corp. aggregate and negotiate the sale of carbon credits to get the best sell value for clients.

Conclusion

During the infrastructure project, 23 EV chargers were purchased and installed. With the full EV Ready Infrastructure in place now, future EV Chargers can easily be installed and commissioned.
